Veilside overfenders for their C2 kit

Not that any of you particularily like the front end, but the sides and rear are clean.

am i correct in assuming that those are carbon fiber, like they are for the supra? if so i think they could look bad *** on a 7, i think they look nice as hell on Brad Mayo's supra (from the supra forums)

this is the only picture i could find of it... I know there are some better ones floating around some where but i couldn't find em... either way i think the fenders are awesome

EDIT: does anyone know what size of rim you can run in the rear w/these?

I believe FRP = Fiberglass Reinforced Panels.

But yes, the Veilside parts are fiberglass.

I actually like the C2 sides and rear skirts. I thought about getting them myself. I haven't made up my mind yet. I have a video of a FD with them (might have the Veilside front as well, but you can't see the front in the video) and it looks sweet...

I'm not a fan of the Veilside fronts if you couldn't tell...

That was what I was thinking - the C2 side skirts do not look bad at all, and certainly more subtle then the C1. I guess that front end is the Veilside trademark, but they need to find a new one soon cause that is not only fugly IMHO, but played out by the Honda crowd too.

Interesting to know how much extra width those flares add - there are a few different wheels available in offsets that normally would not fit under stock fenders, that looks like would make a nice home under those flares. I would paint them body color myself though.

all i want to know is why does veilside make these in carbon fiber for the supra, but not for the 7. i think the carbon fenders would look bad *** unpainted, especially on a silver fd.

Close...but it actually stands for

Fiber Reinforced Plastic

same stuff you'll find used on boats...showers, cars, aircrafts...just another type of fiberglass. Just stronger and less flexible.

Well, let's just say that they appeal to a more "general audience" that is to say their target consumer isn't quite as intelligent or possesing the same kind of taste a true rotory connoisseur does

But, like RedFD said, "Each to his own"...If you enjoy movies like The Fast and the Furious, I'm sure this kit is right up your alley ;D

P.S. I will admit that the C1 nose isn't nearly as rediculous as the C2, but...just not for me

really...i think the C1 is uglier than the C2. The C2 flows better with the lines of the car. The C1 looks like an Alien Fish Hybrid.
