Upholstery Kit

Hey all,

Over the course of this winter break I am looking into getting my seats redone since they are starting to show some signs of wear. I was curious to see if anyone has used a previous vendor or website before that you guys would approve of. I've already done some research, but wanted to see if anyone has a good reliable, quality company that I can purchase it from.

For premade seat covers, we use two vendors. Leatherseats.com and Roadwire. Both provide a quality product and different choices as far as designs go. Depending on what materials you are looking for will dictate whether you can use one of those suppliers or have to go the custom route also.

Thanks for the quick response! Have a local upholstery company the suggested for me to look into a kit and then therefore they can install afterwards. From what I was told it can be a better fit since there are somewhat already preformed.

Any decent upholstery shop will be able to make you covers that should fit just as good if not better then a premade cover. The difference comes in with price. Manufacturers like leatherseats or roadwire buy materials in such large quantities that they can offer better pricing. So, usually you end up saving a couple hundred bucks going that route.

I had the leatherseats.com kit for years and was very happy. I have done lots of kits on MG's and other LBC's, but I had the RX7 done by an upholstery shop. . .came out looking perfect!

Austin at ESH did my seats. Fantastic job. They'll go back in the car one day...

I'm just outside of Columbus if you're close and would like to see them in person.
