What do I do if one of the plastic nozzles breaks while trying to pull off one of the vac. lines because it happened to 1 or 2 of my nozzles. They were the stock vac. lines and they were hard as a rock and was trying to pull it off the nozzle and the nozzle broke off with the vac. line and is inside of the vac. line.

You don't pull on hardened stock lines. You use a razor and cut them off (shaving down very slowly). Or some folks have used a tiny blowtorch to carefully heat and soften the rubber enough to get them off. But that's not a good approach if you're chasing a fuel smell.

To fix the broken nipples I used the end of a rivet. Take the stud out of the center then cut the head off, now you have a nice little tube to glue on. I used 3M panel bond cause I work at a bodyshop, it can handle 500 degrees and is very strong.

Will super glue be able to hold it together? I don't want it to break again once everything is back together and I'd have to go back in a fix it, that would be a PITA.
Viton is the best replacement material for hoses, although it is very expensive. I put $531 into Viton hoses... bought it in bulk, too. There is a "kit" available from Mazda with pre-cut hoses, made for the complete replacement. You might want to read the Item 7 link on this website.

Well I finally got the fuel rail out (just took both of them out) and was able to get the FPD off. After 3 days and probably 8-10 hours, this small little piece is finally off, man what a pain.
I'm really hoping that this is the cause of my problem, off to Mazda to buy my parts along with some fuel hose and vaccume hoses, wish me lucking putting this all back together correctly lol.

Alright, we put the new FPD on, got new fuel inj. hoses on, and new vac. lines on those that were not replaced before and put the fuel rails back in and we stopped at the solenoid rack because we broke some of the solenoid nipples. We superglued one back on, but the other solenoid we have to go buy tomorrow ($85 piece!) and hopefully get the car all back together.
Amazing how hard some of those vac. hoses were and now I see why they get replaced!

Double-check the hoses!!
Take your time!!!
I know it's sooo tempting to go faster since reassembly is easier- but you have to even an even greater attention to detail now or else you'll be going back in to fix something.

Wow, lol I finally got everything back on and I sit in the car, start the car, BAM car starts up right away. I let it run for a little and then my add coolant light comes on and starts beeping. Turn the car off and go to the filler cap and add coolant.
Start the car back up again sit there for a little, no strange noises, no coolant light, everything seems perfect so I start backing the car out and take it down some side streets to make sure everything is running good. Car is running good temp, boost is still running great. Then on the home stretch, I do one WOT run and it was good but I hear a loud pop which was backfire. Then as I'm turning into my drive way I hear a constant on and off squealing and I'm thinking "Crap, did I blow the engine?" Bring it in the garage pop the hood and by the time I get to the front of the hood to open it, I see smoke coming out of the sides I run and turn off the car and I am thinking the worst, I blew my engine :-(
Open the hood and a coolant hose busted, coolant was dripping all over.
Now my question is, could my job on the hoses/fuel dampner have caused this problem? What could have caused it and was this sqealing due to the coolant on the pullys or could that have been the rotors? I didn't start the car back up again to check, I want to replace this coolant hose before I start the car up again. Good news is I didn't smell any fuel so hopefully the dampners fixed lol.

Might know why coolant sprung a leak. Boosted while car was only at around 65-67 degrees C?
Did a search and a guy busted a coolant hose when the car wasn't warm. Hopefully this is what caused the problem and no damage to engine?

Get another from Ray at Malloy, but don't paint it. Or get a silicone one, I think Samco et al make them.
Do you know the last time all the hoses were replaced? That's a pretty important maintenance item.

Lol it's not painted, it photoshop, I put the red overlay on so people know what hose I'm talking about.
This is for a aftermarket radiator though (koyo) but koyo is a direct replacement of the stock right? So it should be the same hose as if I ordered from a mazda dealer?

Yea I'm glad it was the pulleys and belts because it's right by the filler cap so it was probably spraying on that. Once I get the new hose on I'll run the car and see how things go. If something else bursts, I'm going to have to think it's a problem from one of the vac lines possibly?
