And The Turbos Went Pssssssss
Well my freshly rebuilt turbos are broken after the first test drive. Thats right at about 4K RPM I heard the pressure release and the pics below tell the rest of the story. Anyone care to take a guess at how that could of happened other than just a crappy rebuild?

Well, crappy rebuild does come to mind. Did you make it a non-sequential? I noticed you removed your charge control actuator.
It really looks like the compressor housing was not properly pressed to the back plate.
My wild guess would be that something got passed through the turbo like a mini hose clamp, and it sawed the housing off.

Yes it is non-sequential.
I think your correct about the compressor housing not being properly pressed, maybe even a missing snap ring...sloppy job I guess.
As far as the mini hose clamp theory, I think there would be more damage to the housing. I looks mint except for a few scratches from when it fell of and the turbo blades were hitting it.
