be careful
be careful with rebuilds...I went through three sets of turbos on my car since new....finally canned the idea and got new m2s.
Do NOT use turbo city. in orange ca. leaked a quart per half tank of gas after immediate install
Do not use performance techniques in san bernardino....leaked and made loud dental drill sound at immediate install.
they dont warrantee them worth a **** either.
save your dough and get a new set. unless you dont mind doing it over and over again.

someone asked a similiar question in the 2nd gen forum. You can also try and contact Bryan his e mail is excesboost@aol.co. He is located in Birmingham Al. He was previous turbo builder at turbo specialties in birmingham. so he knows his **** and his prices are good....felix wankel also knows him as well as SPOautos here on the forum. Bryans name on the forum is feared7...although i dont know how often he checks his pms..i would try e mailing him....if that doesnt work pm me or post back here and i can get you in touch with him.

Jason, how long did it take to get the turbos from M2? And you are talking about the ball bearing turbos, right?

Turbo Specialties offers a upgrade for the FD. They use the Hitachi HT18 wheels. They push 1080 cfm and will allow for 450-480 flywheel hp according to Bryce (new owner). Apparently John Myers thought them up years ago.... They have dyno sheets to back it up and customers using them as well... Total cost is about $1800.

Reed still ownes Turbo Specialty. I just confirmed this with Brian a former employee and good friend of Reeds. If you need some turbos built you can email me at SJWhite2000@aol.com and I can hook you up with Brian or Reed either one. I'm not sure of Reeds (Turbo Specialty's) price but I know Brian will build you a set for about $700. Brian will do great work and I believe he'll give a one year warranty but dont quote me on that.
