I'm planning to do
0. all fluid changes, new fuel filter, spark plugs and wires, injectors cleaning, compound, glaze, wax
1. Radiator (no down pipe cauz JDM dont have precat)
2. AST
3. catback
4. silicon vaccum hoses
5. pettit intake
6. fuel pump upgrade
7. injectors upgrade
8. aftermarket jdm downpipe
9. high flow cat
10. stand alone management
correct me if im doing something stupid

Basic first stuff, in a general order:
1.) Downpipe
2.) Intakes
3.) Aux Inj - HD
4.) Midpipe
5.) New rotors
6.) New springs - 1-1.5" lower
7.) PFC + Commander
8.) New radiator
9.) New fuel pump
10.) New exhaust tip for higher flow
Tune to 13psi or so and done! ~300rwhp reliably (I think)
I wanted to say... resurface interior plastics and do a LED swap for the gauge cluster. But oh well.

By a low mileage STOCK r1 or r2 car that's always been garaged and well cared for. Don't care if it cost me more than 20k in the end it's worth it.
1) PFC
2) CAI, large SMIC, radiator, aluminum AST and relocate the battery to the passenger side bin.
3) HKS DP, Bonez HF cat and RB dual tip.
4) Supra TT pump, 1200cc secondaries, manual boost controllers (damian style) and get it tuned at 12psi. Car should make about 300 rwhp all day
5) PFS front and rear sway bars with Racing beat front bar support and new oem upgraded mounts
6) Eibach pro springs and new bridgestone S03s 245 45s.
7) Drive it everyday and enjoy it

2. Fighter's garage intake (my rad is in PERFECT shape so **** it)
3. aluminum AST
4. Water Injection

8. bigger secondaries, 1200cc or 1600cc

10. high flow cat, get it tuned for 14 psi, drive the hell out of it untill stock turbos or engine pops, then get streetports and a gt35r single turbo
