Time for a restoration

Hey guys, I've had my FD for 3 and a half years now, I just got a daily driver ('06 Mazda3), and I think it's time to tear the car apart, and put it back together. Now that I'm on shore duty (Navy), and I'm back in SoCal I finally have the time to start and hopefully complete this project. Luckily, I now have access to my Father's huge barn and his vast collection of tools, as well as my own. Current mods are in the sig. Here's a quick list of what I want to get done;

ENGINE:
GT35R or GT40R single turbo setup (undecided)
GReddy profec B specII
HKS Twin Power
RX7 Store extreme fuel system
Upgraded dual oil coolers

DRIVETRAIN:
KAAZ LSD w/ new mounts and 4.33 gears
SPEC Racing stage 2 clutch (my stage 3 is a real bitch)

Suspension:
Fuil Coilover setup (JIC FLT-A2, Tein Flex w/EDFC, or A'PEXi EXV)
Toe Links and trailing arms (already have)

INTERIOR:
New seats
Assorment of gauges
Fix the creaks and rattles

BODY:
'99 front w/ lip and spoiler
A'PEXi sideskirts
Repaint Velocity Red Mica

I'm shooting for 400+ rwhp. What do you guys think? Any tips or advice is welcome. I'm giving myself a till summer of 2007 to finish. I have to take my time because I'm also saving for a condo. I'll try to keep the pics and updates coming. I live in San Diego, but all the work will be done at my Dad's place in Riverside. Any help or even company is welcome. Thanks again.

Ok, I'm sure I'll probably get flamed for this, but don't get the JIC coilovers at all cost. I have a couple of friends that race (circut) on a regular basis. One guy's started leaking way too prematurely, while the other's flat out broke (the dampening couldn't be adjusted).

Just a fair warning, but spend your money how you like, it seems like you're headed in the right direction.
