Exclamation throttle sticking, please help this is not cool!

ive been having trouble with my throttle sticking. i used some carb cleaner to clean out the throttle body and butterflies and it fixed the problem for a couple of days. today it got stuck at 100mph, not cool!
its not the part that the cables actaully connect to, its the small piece closest to the throttle body that turns when the pedal is pushed. it only sticks at wot.

If you know where it's sticking, try lubing it a little. Something like Tri-flow that lasts a really long time and won't get everywhere (and if you use the non-aerosol kind you can put it on a drop at a time, so you're not wasting any of it, and you can apply it with the little tube for precision lubing )

Mine sticks just off idle. Hard to get the car moving. Either you get very little gas or it unsticks and you're off laying a patch. Do any of the tuners due throttle body rebuilds? Anyone had their stock throttle body sent out?
