Are these broken clutch forks ?

Had to float gears home because my clutch stuck to the ground, changed the slave and master and bled the system but clutch still stuck. Opened the inspection hatch and only see one fork.

I cant see anything. Theres a lot of dirty in there. Press record on something as you press the pedal a few times. It could just be your clutch disk is gone. All that black could just be pad material.

Record that video

There is only “one fork”. One of the fingers of that fork I see, the other is on the opposite side of the release bearing. No obvious failure.
There does seem to be a lot of disc ‘dust’ which suggests a worn clutch disc. But if your pedal still stays on the floor after changing the clutch master and slave...and bleeding at the slave, it’s more likely still air in the system somewhere.
Check the clutch rod from the pedal to the master and make sure it’s seated properly. Regardless, I think you’re due for a new clutch and the transmission will be coming down anyway.

+1 to all of the above. Big thing is watching it as someone pumps the pedal. It can be tricky to get a good bleed on new hydraulics. Be CERTAIN the slave cylinder tip is in the clutch fork, it's easy to miss it and you will eject the end of the slave cylinder and puke clutch fluid everywhere. You can fix that, but it's better to not have to fix it in the first place
