Is there a high resolution scan of this image anywhere? R&T April 1992
It appears to be part of an article from road and track April 1992
The image I have is labeled “Road_Track_article4.jpg” but I have not been able to locate a high resolution scan under various names and transmutations of the terms.
Anyone have this?
TIA

Thank You Very Much! Gordon
I called R&T today but got a little run around, and did not have time to follow up through the proper channels to order the back dated issue.(she couldn't even tell me if that particular one was available)
This scan was all I was really after anyway!
If its not too much trouble, would you be willing to scan the article as well?
I am sure there might be a few interested parties here.

I've got a lot for older mags myself but not this one. It's funny how the factory was claiming 7,500 mile interval oil changes. LOL! YEA right!
Edit: You can also find many older mags in the periodicals section at the local library.

I've got all the mags with article about the FD when it was new. I had an 87 sport in 1992 and a friend that worked at a Mazda dealership. He let me test drive a FD then, I remember how slow and heavy my '87 sport felt relatively. Awesome ! FYI my R1 ran a 13.98 bone stock (precat and all) with a passenger in 1999, 1st run in the car.

Gordon,
If you'd like, can you send it to me as well? I can also host it. I'll take the highest rez scan you can do. Since email may not work due to size, let me know and I will set up an FTP site for you.

Agreed...even "junk" performance tires today do better than those old things. Throw some wider tires into the mix and I'd like to see the new results.
