Super rich idle - Possibly running 850cc primaries?

Super rich idle - Possibly running 850cc primaries?
I need some help here. I've been trying to get my car up and running for the last two years but with work and kids, well, most of you probably know how that goes.
The problem is that it is running really rich at idle. It puffs out black/brown smoke and the exhaust smells very rich. I have already fouled one set of plugs due to the rich idle. The engine is not stock, I purchased it from someone and it is running a non-sequential turbo setup and the previous owner used to be running a Power FC. I am now running a M2 ECU tune for exhaust/intake.
So far I have confirmed the following:
The fuel pressure checked out OK, fuel thermosensor is hooked up correctly, plug wires are hooked up in the correct order, MAP sensor, water temp and fuel temp read correctly when back probed AT the ECU.
So this afternoon I pulled the injectors to send them off to get flowed and cleaned thinking that they might be stuck open or bad since the car has sat for so long. When I got them out all of them had red tops which I thought was a bit strange because I thought the primaries were supposed to be a tan color? But a quick search on e-bay showed a stock set of fuel rails with all red top injectors so it doesn't seem like red=secondary injectors all the time.
On closer inspection, I noticed that all of the injectors have the number "2450" stamped on the top of them in the red plastic. The location of this number is near the injector connector on the left side if you're looking at the injector from the top.
My question is this: Do I have 850cc primary injectors based on the "2450" stamping? Is there any other way to tell besides sending them out to get flowed? They all look the same to me and appear to be of the same size (length and diameter.)
The only other part numbers on the injector were on the side of the red plastic and they didn't match between the primary and secondary injectors. I assumed those markings were for a batch number for quality control purposes?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I would be very relived if the injectors were the cause of my excessively rich idle.

On an FD, all red top injectors are 850cc, all purple-ish top injectors are 550cc.
So you certainly have 850's on the primary which can be causing your rich idle if it's not tuned properly

Yeah, put in a set of stock fuel rails and set the PowerFC up for it. Also, you could just look at the injector settings in the PowerFC.
It's damn near impossible to get a respectable idle out of 850cc primaries.

Guys,
Thank you very much for the replies! I am quite relieved to find out that the injectors are 99% of my problem...now I need to find a stock primary rail and injectors. Hopefully I will be able to drive my car for the first time ever once this is sorted out. Thanks again!
