I tried driving during the daytime w/ my parking/driving or whatever they are called lights on as mentioned by another member. It's supposed to make your fan come on sooner when your car comes to a stop. Well guess what, it worked! I was driving with the lights on and pulled over to check and the fans were running.
I guess part of my problem was that the fan didn't come one when I come to a red light, stuck in traffic and such.
I don't get overheat and add coolant light anymore.
I'm gonna try to take off the front bumper and stuff this weekend to take a deeper looker inside.

I might head down there one day.
Where are you located? There are not that many RX-7's in Boston.

Really- 14psi.....I have a 16 on there now- DO you think that could be the problem- Although a 16 lb has been on there for yrs.....
btw- the light comes on even if you just put the key to the accessory position. So this also seems odd??

Stil having problems
I drove the car and parked it and decided to turn it back on and check the engine. I was standing there looking around when I head a *pop ccchhh* sound. Then I saw the overflow tank getting filled up and pouring out. DAMMIT!!!
Coolant seals?
I don't see any white smoke or coolant smeel in the exhaust though..

Those are definitely symptoms of bad coolant seals. They can either push coolant out or consume it. In your case the exhaust gas pressure is pushing it out.
That is probably the weakest point of the rotary engine. I don't care how well you take care of your car, but those rubber seals will go bad.
You can put off a rebuild by using radiator/block seal. Search for copper block weld or something like that.

Dude it's your coolant seals ACCEPT IT!!!!
Like I said join the club.....
Maybe with all these bad coolant seals we can get a group rate on the overhaul kit from Real World Solutions.
The price for the master kit is $870ish That comes with everything and even the Teflon coolant seals. I've been studying the workshop manual and watching the rebuild video in preperation. I'm not doing it until Winter if I don't sell the car that is. Sorry bout your carma dude.
Anyone interested in the car check the NE

Woah! Night of the living thread!!!!
LOL!!!
For those who wants to know, it was the coolant seals. I drove the car till the engine wouln't start anymore.
Got a reman motor and put it in back in July-August of last year.
Runs great now.

A month or so. I topped the coolant off every morning at first. Then it got more frequent. I had to top it off everytime I drive it. Top off in the morning, top off when I get outta work, top off after going anywhere.
Stupid light would come on while I'm driving and I would have to pull over and wait for it to cool down to refill with water again. Very frustrating.
The day I decided to bring my car to my bro's garage to leave it there till the engine comes, it wouldn't start.
I think you should just get the new engine ASAP. Save yourself the frustration.
