Strut popped out from the strut mount. What to Do ? Video inside
I thought my struts were shot because I heard very loud knocking over rails and big speed bumps, but then after lifting the whole front end up I discovered that on ONE OF THE STRUTS the strut beam has fallen out of the strut mount ( I THINK) it's super loose and is there a way to fix this ? Please say there is and how should I fix it because they are TEIN HA adjustable coilovers
**Again this is only on ONE strut (front right)**

Man, I can't for the life of me see what you're talking about.
If the top of the strut is disconnected, like the nut on the top came off, you can put the nut back on. If the strut is sagging and not coming back up, the shock might need to be rebuilt.
Take pics of the top (engine bay side) of the strut assembly, how's that looking?

Question though ... how tight does the nut on the strut mount has to be to know you tightened it to correct spec?
