eastwood sells the tool to straighten out radiator fins, could be used on intercoolers as well..

Keep us posted. I'm looking to send out my oil cooler to have this done as well. It's in pretty bad shape and I need to fix it up.

I just saw it on their website about a week ago and thought it was the coolest thing to happen after the rotary engine. they still sell it. just keep looking.
