Well, the HID-kit is made by Wise Square, that's all I know at this moment. The pics are from Yahoo auction in Japan and the price is around $646. I'll try to find a web site or something...

There are so many different considerations before buying HIDs
A search has all the answers
Just as guidelines however
H4 Low - Hi/ HID Low - True Hid Hi/Low ???
Projector, no projector
Keep or not popups
Cut-off
Balasts
Retrofit
Cheap HID vs. more expensive
Price (USD 250 - 1500 etc. etc.)
etc. etc. etc.

Nice kit. Very nice. Well priced also.
Note: that kit comes with solenoids that are on bulb assemblies that allow both HIGH and LOW beams, via a switch in the height of the arc tube relative to the lenses focus (or focus point).
You can get these high/low bulbs for some time now, but they do not perform well at all in stock FD headlamps, nor to fixed focus (non-high/low) HID bulbs due to the fact that the focus is only correct for halogen filaments, and very incorrect for the HID arc tube.
With the Wise Square kit, I bet (and hope ) that the lenses focus was designed for the HID arc tube length and the actual arc's naturally concave down formation within the arc tube. This results in proper, controlled output, with the correct horizontal cutoff, and no scattering issues. Last, they may however, bias an angled cutoff line for RHD, but then again, they may not.

IMHO, the best bang for the stock pop-ups are the E-code/euro (German) assemblies (Corksport has them) with a pair of Narva 130/110 H4's and a relay wiring harness for no voltage drop.
Inserting HID bulbs into a reflector designed for H4's is just plain wrong.
I'm not 100% confident that these housings were designed for LEFT-hand drive (LHD) HID's, as opposed to Right-hand Drive (RHD) housings for Japan.
Caveat Emptor!
:-( neil
