I just got the swagelok fittings and they are SOLID. Going to install them this week.

What have you guys used for Radium (or CJ or FFE) rails?
a) Feed from firewall
b) between primary and secondary
c) return to firewall??

I emailed Radium (whose primary and secondary lines I bought) but they didn't have an answer for me... any help would be much appreciated!

I'm only running a walbro 255 and 2x 1050x primary and 2x 1050x secondary, so the stock lines should be plenty. But the Radiums have -8AN ORB fittings (yes, I know, overkill for my application, but I want room to expand later...)

 

If anyone plans to go the route of a fuel system overhaul, I suggest what I did: I used the stock feed/return lines as templates, and bent-up my own 3/8" Aluminum lines. With the vapor line removed, the 3/8 tubing clamps into the stock brackets under the car. I'm running a modified OE primary rail, CJM secondary (ID2k's), and a B2A in-tank surge tank. AN all around.

 

Awesome. I assume you just measured up custom braided lines from the rails to the firewall? Do you remember the lengths and fittings used? I'm trying to figure out what I need for those 3 sections -- firewall to rails, primary to secondary rail, then rail back to firewall. Since Radium use -8AN ORB I assume at least 4 of the fittings will be those, and maybe just 8.5mm barbs back to the OEM soft line??

Anyone know what size the OEM tubing from firewall to rail is? I'm pretty sure it's not the 8.5mm that Radium makes barb fittings for...

 

I ordered a 25' roll of 3/8" O.D. Aluminum fuel tubing from Summit, if I remember right. I already had a tubing cutter and bender from when I make my brake lines.
your fuel system will be different than mine, so I'm not going to advise on fittings. Just plumb it how you need to.
