Question At Startup, car idles very low when put in gear

It seems to have come about in the last month or so.
Granted Ive had some issues solved with a bad grounded alternator.
But when the car is started and in nuetral its the usual Full Non Seq. idling.. But as soon as placed in any gear it gets extremely low idle and wants to die..
That is until its drivin for a bit, and picks up strength.

Do you put it into gear right after start up? Also, are you still in cold start mode when you put it into gear?

dont go there... its not nice But, seriously I dont think so. Its been like that before I dyno'd a few weeks ago and put down 300RWHP at 12psi.
So I dont think Im missing any apex seals.. yet

I have AWS and all that crap, blocked off.
Its only when its been sitting over night and I let it warm up. I put it in gear and it almost wants to die.
Ill check the clutch switch (Im assuming you mean the one just above the clutch pedal?)

Idle screw is fine, clutch sensor was fine... Still dont see any reason for this.
