Speed on speedometer differs from power fc?
I was on my way home from rotorsports racing today and ran out 4th gear on a country road. My speedometer said 128mph or so an 7000rpm, but my PFC read 190 kph or 118mph. I still have the stock wheels on it and very close to the same stock tire size and no upgraded gears or anything. What could be causing such a big difference in the two?

Speedometers are known to be generous, it keeps people from speeding too much . This is exaggerated as speed increases. If it's off by 10mph at 118mph, thats roughly 9.1%. At more normal speeds, say 40mph, it'd be off only 3.6mph.
