A-Spec Transmission Brace Installed

Those of you saying fitment was terrible, take no offense, but something is out of wack. Either your car was hit or the body is not level for some reason. You can argue this with me all you want but I have played with numerous ones on lifts off lifts etc. I've had people send them back only to have them fit right up on more than one occasion and checked on more than one car. The holes are oversized due to cars being flexed, hit etc. Some cars actually need to be tweaked on the lift because once level it wouldnt fit. Damian I'm not sure as to why that was welded on that side and not ground down. I'll look into it for you and apologize. They do sit close to the exhaust, but I haven't had to cut any the way you did?? As for weight it is only very slightly heavier than the aluminum piece it replaces. If for any reason you absolutely think it does not fit. Do not modify it then send it back, you modify it, you own it.

I agree, mine lined up fine when the car was level and on the lift.

yeah, im sure part of that is my exhaust setup may just sit higher than usual. Almost every exhaust I have seen sits in different spots.
