Source for PS belt w/out A/C
Anyone running power steering without their a/c? I need to know where you bought your belt from.
I've tried the local Napa store. All they had in 6 rib belts was 34 5/8" which is way too short, and 37" which is way too long. No other auto store has 6 rib belts in that size range.
If you know a store near you, please let me know the city it's located in so that I can call them and have the belt shipped to me here in Detroit.
Thanks everyone,
Firas

I was just sent this info. Apparently some models (non-touring) came without a/c. I never knew it was even an option on our car. But then again, looking at the Factory Service Manual for the torque spec on the tensioner nut, it shows power steering w/out a/c. I always figured this was a fluke of some sort.
