I had a pic of your car on my desktop but I think a really nice outdoor pic in high quality would be great... (hint hint)

edit: I thought that your car was black? bigmack000 sent me a couple pics of your car before... .must have been the lighting I guess or was that a different car?

I have one coming. Can anyone suggest a host? The black tank is my water for the water injection. The turbo was bought from Davinci and is a Garret with the GT wheel. I think it is the perfect setup for a street car. I ran 27 PSI the other day and damm She was pulling super hard and I still have some fuel left. This turbo comes alive at about 18 PSI. The T-72 I had before was very hard to drive on the street as when it finally hit in its power band it was all a bunch of spinning no matter what gear and if you did not hit 3rd perfect it would bog. With a bridge or larger port it might have worked better.

You know your car is incredible
You've got everything I had on my car and a lot more and I thought mine was very adequate.

Glad you realize how much you have into it. I didn't and just sold it seperate of the parts...already sold 6k in parts and I've got half left and thats selling it with used prices...it's nuts how fast it adds up. 20k in mods is easy and you always want more

Thanks for the kind words Guys. It makes it even hard to think that I might sell Her after the nice comments.

I am not bragging about this car because that is not why it was built although, I really do appreciate when People enjoy seeing it at a show. The car was in a contest in Canada to be featured in a mag. as a Canadian car cover search contest sponsored by Castrol. It did win the Candian cover search. Another magazine here called Inside Track did the article because the smaller import makrket here caused the two mags. to merge into one. Anyways I was proud of the car and the mostly the motor.

Plus it goes like HELL and I have not turfed one motor yet.....knock on wood......

I just pulled another failed WG that seized and this was the second one(1 Apexi and 1 HKS) that it has happened, but I was watching close enough and have enough margin of error in my tuning that I caught it at 27 psi in second gear when boost was set at 19 psi. No knock and only 77% injector duty, so having lots of fuel helps.

Thanks again

Hey Sub.

Are you in Calgary by chance? If so, I'd like to hook up with you sometime and chat. I have a similar Red Rx-7 same year touring. Not quite as nicely done as yours, but 'slightly' modded like yours . I'd love to pick your brain for how to do some of the interior stuff, I've mostly focused on the engine thusfar :p
