Some help for this guy?

Someone in Alaska emailed me with a problem. I'm still pretty new to the game so I figured I'd leave it up to you guys. Can anyone help him? Here's his problem:

HI MY NAME IS GLENN AND IM LOOKING FOR A RX7 SHOP WITH A GREAT
DIAG. MECHANIC I HAVE A 93 RX7 THAT HAS BEEN OFF THE ROAD FOR 4.5
YEARS. AT MAZDA FOR A YEAR AND AT ARTIC IMPORTS FOR 7 MONTHS. IT
HAS A NEW ATKINS ENG. AND REMAND TURBO NEW WIRING HARNESS TPS,
TEMP SENDER ,O2 SENDER ECM AND WHEN THE CAR COMES TO TEMPIT GOES
TO A RICH RUN CONDITION. IF YOU KNOW OF SOME ONE WHO CAN HELP
LEAD ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION I WOULD BE GRATEFUL RECOURSES ARE
LIMITED IN ALASKA AND I HAS A SHORT WINDOW TO OPERATE THE CAR
SUMMERS ARE ONLY 6 MO. LONG THANKS

Summers are 6 Mo. long in Alaska? Go figure. Chicago summers are about 6 weeks and we're 1000 miles S of you. Folks here are gonna need more info on problem to help your buddy.
