Solenoid Relocation

Solenoid Relocation
Hey guys, thought I would let you know about me weekend project. After I recently put my rebuild in, I have been having problems with the stock sequential system. I knew I was the solenoids, as I have gone into the nest 3 times already and replaced some. The only trouble is that I keep replacing solenoids that are bad with more bad ones. That was due to me not taking the time to test them and just taking the guys word that they were good. Mistake I know as I have spent many hours trying to get this thing to boost correctly. Well this weekend was the one to go in and actually test everything and make sure I dont have to do this again. Well, while I was in there testing and what not, I decided that instead of having to deal with all of the under the UIM crap, I would just relocate everything. Im moving the battery into the trunk in a battery box. Then I will have the solenoid rack in the stock battery spot. I will be able to put the battery cover over everything so it looks close to stock. I left part of the rats nest under the UIM due to the fuel lines and such. I think the new location of the solenoids will not only be much easier to service, but it will help out with the heat.
Well heres how far I am thus far.
Any comments and/or suggestions are always welcome.

Have you seen this?

Incase you are thinking of picking up some new solenoids from the dealer, it is not uncommon for even brand new OEM solenoids to be out of spec and/or unsuable on arrival.
Overall interesting project, but making all the extra vacuum line look stock is gonna be hard. Good luck...

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
you should look at Robs custom solenoid replacement. I wouldn't be making the hoses that long and it would be better with custom solenoids, plus he already figured out everything for you.

What problems am I going to encounter with the extra hose length?
