Sequential Boost Problem...HELP
ok i just got my car together for the summer after installing a pettit streetport, SEQUENTIAL pettit ported twins, and greddy FMIC...i ran it a couple times and noticed that i was running 8 psi out of one turbo...soo i found a vac line (the one that goes from the y-pipe to the second nipple down of the four on the LIM) that had blown off from the y-pipe and melted on my downpipe...at the same time i fixed this i put a blitz BOV which i welded that to my FMIC piping...and i put on a greddy intake...i know that four hoses go to the intake(three after i blocked off the one for the BOV)...i removed the stock BOV and its hose and plugged the hole on the y-pipe, as well as the place for it on the new intake...i ran the vac line from the UIM to the new blitz BOV...and i left the charge relief valve routed into the intake...i took it down to the end of my street and it started sputtering when i went into any boost...as soon as it hit 1psi it started bogging down and the check engine came on...i pulled in and unplugged the hole that the stock BOV goes to on the y-pipe...it did the same thing...this is prolly a simple fix considering it didnt do anything like this before...but with this setup what should be going into the intake??...could my actuator be stuck??...is my charge relief valve routed into the intake wrong??...what should be blocked off???...
it sux...im really frusterated and any help would be greatly appreciated...thanx

Have you pulled your engine codes yet? If you got a check engine light, it's for something else - pull the codes and fix that first.

BadBoiRX7,
No one can really help you until you try to pull the engine codes from the car. It doesn't matter whether the Check Engine Light (CEL) stays on or not, it will store the code in the ECU. Also, not all codes make the CEL come on so you may have some codes stored and you don't know.
Here's what I would recommend doing:
1. Clean the ECU (remove the negative cable from the battery, press and hold the brake pedal with the cable off for about 20 seconds; reinstall the cable).
2. Take the car for a drive.
3. If/When the car starts doing it's bad stuff, head back home.
4. Pull the engine codes

Ecu
after school today i came home and pulled the ecu and layed it on the floor..the bottom connecter(closest to the floor when bolted up) is loose...i pushed it in all the way and it got some boost(i was on my side street and didnt want to get on it alot)...i pulled in my driveway and bolted it back up and it doesnt run right again...i think eithre some of the wires on the bottom harness are shorting or the plug is coming loose....this a common prob???

codes...
dumb question............how do i pull the codes...??i was gonna wait till monday and take it to the shop where they have a diagnostic thing...but i guess there was someway i could jump a couple wires...?

I'm sorry wha?
Ummm you go into the little diagnostics box in the bay and jump the TEN port with a ground then turn the key to on but not ign. The code will start to flash. Download the shop manuals from iluvmyrx7.com the codes are in there. It sounds liek one of your wires might be loose in the harness, my ignition coil wires are kind of like that. It could also be a bad bad ground to the ecu somewhere. Why don't you put the stock BOV back on and see what happens.

For pulling the codes, search fd3s.net - it involves a paperclip jumper - it's easy.
