sale opinion

i was just wondering what someone would pay for a 3rd gen in good cond. but a bad engine....same question but what if the turbos were bad? just wondering cause i saw one for sale and im gunna get some facts first so i can go in there and talk the price down a bit

Btw this would be the first time to buy a 3rd generation rx7 not the first though ..i have an '82 GS and an '84 GSL (gotta keep the vintage haha)

If you wanted to buy a car what are some of the basic things would you like to know about it? Chassis and engine mileage just for starters. Is the body straight? Did you carfax the VIN # also to see if it's a salvage title? Any TSB's or reliabilty mods done? There's a great buyer's guide in the 3rd Gen FAQ that should get you started.
