RX7store midpipe?

Anyone have the RX7store resonated midpipe? I'm interested in it, but I want to know more about flow, fitment, and also sound. Will I be better off with the rx7store midpipe or just getting a midpipe with a borla welded into it?

victor,

i thought you had the XR1 midpipe on your car and that you were happy with it? I think all midpipes are the same, it's just material and if there is a resonator, or muffler welded in that's all. Good luck.

I've e-mailed Jason, since I have the same question. I'll post when I hear his response.

I've got one. Good quality, good fit, I'm happy. It is a lot louder than the cat but I think it depends mostly on your cat-back. I see no reason to spend more on a different brand.

the muffler shop that welded my XR1 did a poor job, they crushed the piping on the midpipe so i'm going to get rid of it.

anyways, I just ordered the RX7store midpipe, so if anyone is interested in a borla muffler, one will be available very soon

Anyone know what material is used internal to the RX7 Store's midpipe? Who makes it?

I am just about done with my single turbo install but I'm kinda worried it's gonna be too loud. All of you other single turbo guys out there, what you have personally heard and know to be the quietest exhaust? I already have the Petit stainless resonated midpipe and Racing Beat cat back. But I'm thinking of buying a regular midpipe and welding in a muffler and keeping the Racing Beat cat back. Help me out here guys. What is the absolute quietest system while keeping it open? Thanks.

Tom's the quietest that I know of thus far is the racing beat cat back with a midpipe and borla xr-1.

I have a friend with a racing beat exhaust and a SR resonated midpipe and the thing is really quiet at idle. Of course when he gets on it, it starts to scream
