lower models of fds got rear seat in other country's till the end, if you want rear seats in a fd that doesn't have them don't forget the rear side where the speakers are need different ones for the extra seat belts and to close the back divider, What part of smog on your car is 9,99? ie co or nox

Depending on what year your car is you may be able to have it tested on non-cat levels (that's how I passed MOT in mine last year). You may also want to run your car on a high percentage of denatured alcohol when you go in for your emissions test. I'd go like 1 gallon alcohol with only 4 gallons of fuel, run the test (pass the test) than limp the car to a petrol station and fill up completely. It could/should work like a charm w/o hurting your engine. I have not done it myself though, I messed with my fuel maps last year to lean my car out enough to get the green light, than changed them right back (I have a friendly tester).
The stock rear seats aren't too uncommon in Europe and the UK from what I understand.. I'm actually pretty sure you could find a decent trade on www.mazdarotaryclub.com for your rear bins and a UK members rear seats. The bins are fairly uncommon here in the UK, and as such, a sought after item.
