Here are some pictures of my ducting setup. You will have to follow similar to get your radiator to seal and cool effectively.

update:
sorry its been SO long since ive been on or updated.
over a month ago i got the exhaust mani machined and finally put everything back together. no exhaust leaks, and the fuel leak is fixed also. [thank god]
the only thing keeping me from putting miles on it is one of the bushings in the diff carrier.
so hopefully in the next week the diff will be dropped and bushings will be replaced along with a fuel filter relocation.
just ready to get it running, tuned, and to be able to take some nice shots of it.
im actually into photography, so if you are bored and want to see some pics of a supra (i know, not a seven, sorry) check them out here

I have to admit, I like your intercooler piping setup a lot better than mine, just the way it routes in the engine bay. You're planning on running an air filter, correct? With my 500R I had to get a shorty K&N, I posted the part # in the single turbo section if you need it.

i have the shorty filter, just never got to put it on cause the radiator hose needs to be extended a few inches down in order for it to fit.

well heres the update:
rx7 is complete, and damn its a good feeling.
dropped the differential, replaced the bushings in the carrier, and relocated the fuel filter while everything was down.
things are running smooth, shifting gears is alot better.
now i just have to get use to that clutch again cause its completely opposite of the fc's.
heres some pics, the last one is pretty grainy, but they are the loves in my life besides the boyfriend
now its time to put some miles on it
thanks for looking
ill have a photoshoot up soon

sorry for the delay of updates guys,
i had the fd tuned the max power was 359 running on less than 12 lbs, redline was low because of fuel cut
*this was last year around sept*
fuel cut was due to fuel filter being clogged, i guess the one that came with my supra nippo wasnt very good or defected.
anyway, the fuel is all good now!
i did a boost leak test before i was going to get retuned and ran into a casting defect in my aftermarket xcessive. huge hole. (yes i should have done that test the first time) wont happen again trust me.
so the intake was replaced, by the best place pineapple racing!, i had the new one ceramic coated, and i put the fd back together 2 weeks ago.
its been a long time and things have been super busy lately.
hoping to meet with the tuner (lee from San Antonio) either this weekend, if not august 8th because i have a wedding each saturday between then. including this one coming up.
im hoping to get some ducting accomplished before or after, i will be reading all the advice each of yall have given me, any more would be even better

Hey everyone on Rx7 club,
Sorry its been so long since ive posted on the site, I hope everyone is doing great and is ready to have a Merry Christmas by getting some parts for their projects
Its been awhile since ive posted any updates on the fd, infact I was finally tuned by Lee at Protech's shop, hit 500hp because the line on my boost controller blew off lol it was a shocking suprise when it happened.
Anyway, I entered my FD in a Rockford Fosgate video contest and the winner gets to be featured in their Volume Magazine with their car and will be sponsored by Rockford Fosgate.
I have a shot of my system below and the link to the site, votes are very much appreciated and you can also vote for more than one person (many of the contestants have some awesome setups, so view the videos)
Please vote for me #31 and spread the word to your friends and family if you liked the video!
Have a great day and thanks for viewing my post, and helping me with all the information ive received off of the many threads on rx7club!

Well, I def dominated in votes (i had the most thanks to everyone that helped me)
but on that competition 20% was based off votes so the judges chose which car.
A mini cooper won the import section, but the contestant def deserved it, he build the car basically from scratch, dropped a nissan motor in it from what i can remember, and built it very cheap through ebay.
this rockford contest is based on votes, so i am campaining everywhere i go! haha
