where do you get the flex bellows like that? How does the coupling mechanism work? it looks like one side is welded on and the other has a clamp that slips over the other side allowing for adjustable length? Sorry for any noobness, i just cant tell exactly from the pictures.

bellow is like a hose. you use clamps.
it's a more expensive alternative than the regular flex sections you see in exhausts.
usually more quality exhaust shops will use more expensive parts. Bellows+t-bolts. Vbands. etc.

clamp you can use are T-Bolts. The same you use on your hoses for your car.
Bellows are just thin stainless steel flex sections. You should be able to find them fairly easy.

I never weighed it, but it's very light. Due to the cost involved, I didn't consider titanium for a second. I had a set of Spirit-R carbon/kevlar Recaros in my sites, and considered that a better purchase

It will help with the cross weights in the car if you have changed your battery to a smaller PC680 and especially your seats+Driver.
Everything else looks good, 304SS. Can't really tell if some pieces are TIG welded. Muffler is MIG'ged but you didnt make that part.

Nice setup Rich, my experience with the flex sleeve's is that they are prone to cracking at the flex couplers, but this in a class 8 tractor trailer operating enviroment. For the amount of miles you will put on this exhaust you shouldn't have any problems with them.

this sounds like a nice option if i was to go single turbo, however I would want a dual tip option just because I think they look way better (stock bumper hole is sized wide and then you can have a h/f exhaust without a huge tip) and itd be nice to have an exhaust valve like the Apexi ATS (which is great btw) in each tip or be able to use the ATS (so 90mm tips) and I like the idea of titanium
