What kind of water temps do you run with the radiator behind that FMIC?

Woah! Hot damn. You have one nice FD. Bad boy RX-7. You must hook those ladies like crazy with a car like that. More pics man and maybe a video or even a photoshoot with fdslave_g's FD.

All that work and still using the stock AST!!? Shame on you for that. Get that POS out of there quickly!
And one more gripe, or question,....What's with the kite strings on the rear spoiler? Adjustability or what?

Other than that, nice work! Very mean looking!

And you still have A/C in there. That cooler looks like a little sandwitch packed in between the IC and Radiator

I love the hood, what hood is that? (I get the feeling its going to be $1900 over here or something as I have to get it shipped from Japan ).

As far as the stock AST I'm a big fan of it ain't broke or looks like its gonna break, don't fix it. I know it can crack and fail but how many times has it really happened versus the rampant Internet myth that they all break and should be replaced with an aluminium one?

For you to question the factuality of if the stock ASTs are dependable or not seems kind of foolish with level of experience (purely a guess based on post count.) Due to the nature of 9 year old plastic and constant changes in temp to do to the duties of the car, I wouldn’t call the idea of changing it out due to the idea that they can and have broke on many occasions, foolish. Car Myths are not just pulled out of thin air. Maybe a Myth is started by a group of cars guys to impress others and it isn’t true but still just gets around enough that it’s seen as a truth. But I don’t see any reason why this would be a myth. With the stock temp gauge, by the time you realize your AST has cracked it might be too late. Now if you have an aftermarket or PFC then you have more warning but still a tow would be needed. I just find it stupid to not replace it when a $115 part could and will save you a tow bill, down time, and more importantly a new engine. Mine cracked but I was lucky enough to be pulling up to my house with my coolant light went off. Plus a little extra bling never hurt anyone.

back on topic, nice car, the wing i feel is just as extreme as the rest of the kit, so i feel it has its place. Good job, now go polish your engine bay
