Recommend a place for new stock interior parts?
Hi all,
Was looking at another FD again, this one had a fantastic engine, and almost perfect body. However, the interior was an absolute mess. Most of the plastic areas were broken or scuffed, etc. Before I look at another FD, that might not have as good an engine, I'd like to look at prices I might pay to totally fix the interior, but are they all available still?
Looks like someone dipped their hands in oil and dust, then ran them ALL over the interior and decided to rip off the speaker grills in the process. That's how nasty the interior looks.
Would I be able to even find parts for all the little things if I wanted to restore the interior (like an interior door handle!)?
Thanks,
Jon

contact www.mazdaformance.com, they are actually Jeff Haas Mazda in Texas and have a much smaller mark-up on their parts than other dealers. They ship out quick and are great to deal with.
BTW, two things -- Interior panels are VERY expensive to replace. I'd estimate over $1000, not counting the carpet OR seats. Also, if the interior is so trashed, I would seriously worry about how good the rest of the car REALLY is.
