If you have to ask, you probably have the wrong car. Just think about a 72 chevy truck and you'll get the hint.

I had an FC years ago and I've missed it ever since. went from ~23 mpg to ~14 mpg after mods. Looking to get back in to an Rx, but with out doing any mods. From what I can find from manufacture tet is 21MPG urban driving to 29 MPG combined, so yeah really interested to see what poeple are actually getting

I've gotten 22mpg on long highway trips, 8mpg driving to the train station 2 miles from my house, 15-16 in mixed driving, and 18 in the hills (weird I know)

My car is mostly stock, only engine mod being a downpipe. Car gets 10-13mpg autocrossing or driving up and down mountains, 14-16mpg combined city and highway driving, 18-19mpg on very long trips (4 hour drive to Vegas). Have put over 40,000 miles on the car but never seen 20mpg or higher.

right now, a hummer or a newer f150 would be a step up in gas mileage for me.

I always reset the trip after each fill up, and each time I get about 160-170 miles with a quarter tank left daily driving to school and work.

My only mods are intake and downpipe, but as I remember I was still getting the same fuel economy, maybe a tiny bit better, when I only had the downpipe on (it came with a downpipe installed when I got it. Ohh and I am an automatic.

I havent really thought much about it, I could be running really rich, but my buddy's rx8 is doing only a little bit better then mine so I just dont really care much, I just blame it on being a rotary.

Completely stock I saw approx. 19 to 20-ish mpg on long highway trips, and with mixed driving (1/3 highway, 2/3 street) I saw around 14-ish mpg.

With a new O2 sensor and downpipe (rest stock) I have yet to finish a complete tank, but I have approx. 1/4 tank left and I have around 160 miles on the trip odo. My guess is that I will see around 16-ish mpg when I have to fill up, with mixed driving.
