RE Sleek Headlight kit clear curve covers
Ok guys, I finally got the cover done. This cover is very strong and strong enough against stone chip. Top surface is curved not flat like some others. I made it a bit more pop up than RE ones. The sides are wrap around. Now you done have to paint the inside part black. Whole purpose of that was to cover up the black silicon adhensives. You can now screw on the sides or silicon them. Keep the top part full clear and paint the base to match your car color. That would make your sleek light kit look more like a Farrari 360 headlight. I had to make a aluminum molding for this. Below are some photos...

Yeah, how much are these going to be? I'm in need of one.
BTW - Did you ever make the brackets for the lights? I was in contact with you a while ago about this and you said that they where being made and that you'd get back with me when they were finished. Whats the news???

ok, I'm just getting into rx7s so i'm out of the loop, but are you a manufacturer or did you do this at home. What are the covers made of, are they injection molded. lmk I have lots of carbon fiber experiance and was toying with trying to make my own headlight conversion but i didn't know how to do the covers.

Thats cool, I'm probably going to end up fabbing some up on my own. As for the price on these... what are you thinking?
I also noticed you only had the driver's side cover in the pictures, do you have the other side yet?

Keep in mind I have never examined this kit personally but is there in fact room for the cover to fit down between the headlight bucket and the fender/front bumper?
That's a nicely made part.

Nice job!
It only took 10 years a smart person like you come along... that should be a big improvement. Got a price/timeline for production?
