Re amemiya sleek headlight wiring question

So I installed the re sleek headlights and can’t seem to get the bulbs to power and have light. The relay clicks, two grounds are connected, and the power is connected to the positive of the battery too. Relay is also connected to harness. Attached is a pic of how I have the wires connected to the bulbs. Please let me know if this is correct. on the bulbs I attached black wire to the black wire for ground and the red wire to the inner lamp as per the Japanese guide. Still no light though. What could I be doing wrong? I put one of the ground connections on the front metal bar that goes inbetween the headlight curtains. Was thinking of moving that elsewhere

Is your negative battery cable connected? If not, do so after rechecking your wiring.

If you still aren't getting the lights to turn on, I would get a voltmeter and start proving the connection points.

yeah the main negative battery cable that connects to the negative side of the battery? Because that is connected when I attempt. Also the two grounds that are part of the IPF headlight harness are also connected.

Is the order in which each harness is connected to the relay box matter? Maybe that’s why?

Update to everyone in case they face the issue.

I fixed it. Was just a dodgy ground. The front frame rail isn’t a good place to use as a ground apparently. My lights work now
