Ray Crowe is the man

Ray Crowe is the man
He's probably getting sick of hearing it, but he's good. Ordered a set of pillow ball bushings from him, got them in BLAZING fast time, and he even threw a little extra hardware that I needed in there. WAY beyond the call of duty. The economy would be an order of magnitude more efficient if everyone had his attitude about service.
Thanks Ray.

the man really knows his sh*t. i love the fact that he knows the cars inside and out and when you can't find a part number, he seems to know it off the top of his head. whats even better is he gets things for you, even when he doesn't have them instock, faster than most people that stock them can... and still at a better price!

He works at a dealership, i don't think he's got a website. He'll probably ship overseas though. i guess.
What is the going rate on pillowballs nowadays?
No kidding on the parts counter guys. The last time I picked up some spark plugs the guy said "i'm glad you know what you need because i sure don't." Darn 12 year old sports car.

Yes he is the man! I deal with him on a weekly/almost daily basis and he always comes through for me. And yes I feel what everyone is saying about when he retires, because his knowledge of third gen parts is the BEST in the bizz!

If Ray steps down I think Tracy will step up as the new 3rd gen quasi-guru. I have the pivilege of knowing the Malloy crew personally because I only live 30 mins away (when I'm in the US). I can tell you that they are as nice in person as they are over the phone. And Rich, I heard Tracy had the hots for you....
