Thumbs up Ray Crowe at Malloy is having a suspension bushing blowout!!!

I just called up Ray to see about ordering some toe links for my dad's R1, and convinced him to draw up some specials for the club. I know both my FD and my dad's are in need of some bushing love . Anyway, here is what he told me he can do for rx7club members:

Full front suspension bushing kit, all 4 front control arms, 14 pieces, $330 shipped.
Full rear suspension bushing kit, all 4 rear control arms, 10 pieces, $380 shipped.
Differential bushings, 2 pieces, $115 shipped.
Toe Control Link bushings, 4 pieces, $165 shipped.
Front Stabilizer (Sway) Bar end links and center frame bushings, 4 pieces, $140 shipped.
Rear Stabilizer (Sway) Bar end links and center frame bushings, 4 pieces, $120 shipped.
Strut Mounts, upper, 4 pieces, $200 shipped.
Windshield shroud/cowl (the piece below the wiper arms), $215 shipped.
Rear bumper undervalance (black piece that runs by the catback), $130 shipped.

Ray's # is 888 533 3400, he told me these specials are good through the end of May.

Is this only the bushings for the 4 controll arms, or does it also include the 4 control arms which also include the ball joints?????

If you mean it really includes the control arms, that's an incredible deal. The arms themselves are $300/ea.

mazdaspeed are a good compromise

in fact, I plan to slowly replace all the bushings in the car (except the solid toe links and trailing arms) with mazdaspeed

Well, unlike the bushings, OEM new is the only choice we have. List price on it is around $350, so that is actually a killer deal. I hear rumblings that *lots* of interior and exterior parts may not be available in the near future, so I am not dragging my heels on getting some of the parts my FD needs......

Hi Chuck, it includes 14 bushings that go in the upper and lower driver and passenger side control arms. Does not include the arm itself.

Those prices are at least 40-45% off of list price. They are cheaper than shop prices, I can tell you that.

Prices on FD parts keep going up month by month, the longer you wait the more you pay. I remember I was able to buy an engine wiring harness from Ray for $550 back in mid 2004, that same piece now is over $750.

Good question to ask Ray, but I *think* those prices are all inclusive.

Jack your rear by the differential. Watch both your tires still touch the ground after pumping for a good amount of time. This is a good indication. Just based on your mileage I'd replace them.

Yup. I have heard that after 100,000 miles it's a given that they need replacing.....

Is that the entire wiper arm and blade or just the arm?

I am very confused right now. I bought Delrin Suspension Bushings in the GB. 18 total. But for this special deal from Ray is more than 18 pieces, price is more if you add together but what do I missing from my Delrin? What else do I need to buy to complete my replacement?

Thanks,

Sam
