Looks awesome. What material was used? Also, is it possible to have the rear diagonal brace turned into a crossbrace for extra support?

Larz, If it does not rain this Wednesday I will take it to the 1/4 mile track. The roll cage should be just fine for NHRA events. I plan on taking the car out to Thunder Hill later in April.

almost. The GB was orginally for the "street version". Larry since expanded it to include all of the other options.

The group buy was setup for the street bar and I let it get off track a little.I agreed to add the following options.

Street bar with rear daigonal powdercoated -----------750.00
Seat back bar--------------------------------------------------135.00
Door bars-------------------------------------------------------75.00 Each

Yes it's Mikes car, I'm holding it hostage (almost a month now )

Sorry, I missed your question on the first page, The street version starts at 945.00 and has lots of options. There listed in the GB thread.

yes. Larry was giving me a hard time about the ecu. He did not want the ecu in the pictures. I will have to put the ecu and cover back on when I get my car back.

Mas,

looks like you got a great bar and excellent install/customer service.

I wished I lived in the bay area to have Larry do work for my car! However, even with the gb and dealing with parts all the way from Texas, his CS has been top notch!

I was curious on how the door bars work??? Do this spring clip out? Just curious, I'm not interested in this for my car just amazed by the clean fitment and functionality

I was very lucky to Have Larry do the installation. I know that he normally does not do install jobs.

The door bars are spring loaded. You can also take out the door bars for street driving. I am sure Larry will post pics of the removal later.

I just got back from Larry's shop tonight. The pictures Larry posted give the cage no justice. The install of the cage is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. No need to question any of Larrys judgments. I didnt plan on getting a roll bar or cage because I'm 6.4 and didnt think it would fit me but after I seen the install......I considered it because of how sick it looked. Definetly no need to worry about the Race shop. I would recommend this shop for sure. Thanks for letting us check out the shop Larry.
Buy the way....I love the double shear machined parts, fiirst shop I seen use this set up, what a bad *** idea...WAY STRONGER!
