I don't think it will crack - the stock system holds-up quite well plus those welds look pretty strong. It's just mounted to the engine and the cat-back exhaust just hangs...it's not like it's bolted down so it should be fine I would think? Nice job on the setup though, looks like great fitting.

yeah, i concidered the flex pipe already, but a few things kept me from it, mainly the time factor, i didnt have time to get one and get it fitted in that tight area we have to work with, also my apexi kit does not have a flex pipe along with many others, but i do believe it helps when the pipes are expanding at different rates.
