R1/R2 Brake ducts

The R1/R2 had brake ducts, where did they get their air?

From the ducts on either side of the R1/R2 Lip. See my avatar.

Well the are actually a combination of backing plates on the caibre and a piece of plastic on the bottom of the undertrays!
