I am in the market for a CF vented hood and would like to know if anyone knows where I can find an R-Magic hood or even a replica

I'm not totally sure i can help you out, but the Knight Sport hoods are very similar to what's in your picture (just has two little openings towards the rear corners of the hood that that one doesn't) and they are readilly available at like RX7store, rotary extreme, pettit racing, etc.



good luck, and try looking in the interior / exterior / audio section of the forum, you can find all types of body stuff talked about in there... maybe you'll get lucky.

 

have you talked to ken at shine auto? maybe he has one or can snag one to do a replica.

That actually looks like a Faspac hood. There was one posted for sale not too long ago.

 

The faspac is a replica of the R-magic I believe. I'll do a search to find the one posted.

hey pugg - i have seen that hood in person and actually don't like it. I think the vents on the front are a little too big. When it rains that could be nasty

FDNewbie told me he had one, R-Magic that is, last time I was in contact with him. Drop him a message and see if he still has it.

 

Shineauto has a GB going on for the replica ones... of Mazdaspeed that is.
