Series1: i cant test boost at the moment due to leaking oil from the tranny!! What i can tell you is that my idle went up to 1400 rpm and when i rev past 4000rpm, it very slowly (meaning it stuck in the 3000-4000) and then go down to 1400 rpm. Vacumme is around 500Hg
I've search and maybe i have to readjust my TPS!?!
No 1 answered my question... can i seal the hole??

Of the two nipples on the primary turbo inlet...
One goes to the oil filler neck (crankcase vent), the other is routed to the Oil injection lines (OMG) into the chambers.
Since the location of the nipples is at the primary turbo inlet, there is only a vacuum draw from your air filter present.
If you plug or leave it open it wont affect boost or manifold vacuum. Therefore, your idle or performance will not be affected.
Your question is "will hurt anything to plug them"?
The crankcase should be vented. The pic you posted shows a mod to install a oil trap ito eliminate any oil into the intake (not mandatory in my book). I removed my PCV valve & plugged the upper nipple on the oil filler neck & UIM nipple. I still have the other line on the filler neck connected to the primary turbo inlet (one of the two nipples you broke). This is a similar set up to the 95 RX-7 (PCV was deleted)
The OMG (oil inject) system seams pretty important to me. Some guys add oil to every tank of gas (pain in the ***). The volume of oil injected must be related to the level of vacuum present (at the inlet side of the primary turbo, there is only vacuum never any boost.
I would search the forum or hit the dealer for a replacement turbo inlet.
If I had to pick.....
I would leave the OMG line connected & vent the Crankcase line to the atmosphere

I bought my car wrecked, the same nipple was broken but someone had tried to glue it. I took the pipe off, ground the damaged area clean, then used a metal press in nipple with epoxy as a repair. It worked great and is still holding.
I have since done the non-sequential conversion and this nipple is used for this as well.
