Exclamation Problem with 99 spec Y pipe

Anyone here have a problem with the tube that attaches to the 99 spec Y pipe clearing the stock filler neck? I am running BNR's with the 99 spec, but the pipe does not come close to clearing the filler neck. Anyone have any ideas. I bought this setup off of Zonblitz and he says he was running the stock filler neck.

Also, does anyone know what wiring harness mods need to be made for a Non-sequentuial setup?

Sounds like you need to re-clock the turbos

How is this done with the twins? Is it possible for me to do this while they are bolted up or do I need to pull them again?

Squeeze the snap rings and rotate the compressor housings then released the snap ring. While I don't necessarily recommend it, you can just "pull" on the y-pipe which will rotate both compressor housings at the same time.

it is possible to do it to the stock twins without removing them...but i wouldnt recommend it...it's pretty difficult, and requires two people.

I thought about using the Y pipe as leverage, but that could cause me some more serious problems.

I had the exact same problem with BNRs and the 99spec Y-pipe and since me and my mechanic here were clueless (I live in Greece), he just "drilled" the holes in the crossover-pipe so now it is tilted outwards and clears the filler neck. I don't know how he did it exactly but the whole thing looks like it has never been tampered with. Didn't occur to me to ask here in the first place.........
