PowerFC w/datalogging software or AEM?

I already posted this in the ECU section but didn't get any replies?! What ecu do you people suggest? I was waiting for the AEM ecu to come out because it had features that the apex'i PFC didn't such as Datalogging and the fact that it is windows based. Well right when the AEM is released I find out that a windows based program with datalogging has just been released for the PFC. Both are about the same price... The PFC has been out for along time but the software isn't developed by Apex'i and I have to buy it separately while The AEM is completely new and includes everything in one package.
What to do? I need to control a street port with intake DP and exhaust. Thanks for any help!

get the datalogit...its a godsend

the pfc is fine with the datalogit...without the software Id say to get something else...but for easy and user friendliness the datalogit is a cure all. honestly..the datalogit is the only thing that makes the pfc worth having. the apexi tuners are a PIA and the datalogit frees you from their fumbling hands.

you will need a good boost controller if you go with the pfc...I use a profec b. the pfc sucks at boost control...it reads the numbers incorrectly and doesnt control very well at all.

the aem sounds like a great setup....who knows how to use it? lol...its very new...and honestly...being a guinie pig sucks.

if you are confident in tuning yourself then the datalogit will work for ya.

100% with you!...without datalogit, the PFC is "hard" to tune.

If you want to monitor things while driving in the car then I guess you either need the commander or a Laptop computer.
