power steering

what would u guys recomend the mavel manual rack coversion or the mr2 hydro electric pump whats the benifits or eather one and whats the negatives of eather one. also if there is any other thing that can be done let me know thanks im trying to make up my mind.

Is something wrong with your OEM power steering? If not, I suggest that you keep it. It works very nicely, especially for autocross racing.

I have the Maval rack...haven't driven the car yet (been down 4 months now )...but from all the reading I did around the forums I can't wait.

For those who have driven a 99 Spec, you will immediately notice that the steering is incrediably lighter than the 93-95. They changed a special gear in the steering rack so you can pretty much turn with just a few fingers.

Thats another option not many people have considered.
