Arrow Post pics of your interior gauge/engine diagnostics setup

Looking to change some things up in my cockpit and I *think* I know what I want to do, but don't feel like reinventing the wheel.

So, who has the ideal street/drag/roadrace FD interior gauge/engine diagnostic setup? I am talking all relevant measurements within easy view and tastefully rendered.

This should be interesting, let's see what you guys have got

Here was mine. It also had a steering column pod with an AEM Uego gauge in it.

It ended up being to many gauges to look at and a bit ricey. Only gauges you really need are A/F and Boost.

I think I am gauged out...I like my Defi setup but sometimes I think...a bit much maybe? But I still like it...Next thing going in will be a wideband.

Who's running those and which ones are they? do you like it?

I am thinking just a boost gauge (in psi) and EGT or A/F in the center speaker pod holder. Along with my PFC for temp, should be good to go. Simple, clean, functional. With stock fuel lines and rails, no need for fuel press, and my stock oil press works well.

Few questions: Is that the PFC holder I sold ya, and what are you driving now?

Mr. Rich, I'm thinking of redesigning my interior as well. Most likely I will remove the EGT and water temp gauge...FJO and boost should do be all I need...maybe leave the water temp to fill up the center pod. I want to put in one of those mobile computer do hickeys

Rich, here's mine. I now have a very nice shiftboot from Redline goods with silver stitching to match the 8 shift ****. The Microtech Dash Display is beneath the Eclipse 8443 HU. Top gauge is fuel pressure, and the bottom is boost. They are Autometer (though I don't know the specific version) and match very well with the interior. Note the peeling carbon fiber overlay that I still haven't decided to remove. I think the tweeters in the doors look almost OEM. Anyways, enough about my car...

Here's mine with an A-pillar 3 guage and some basic Autometer gauges (boost, water temp, and narrow-band A/F Ratio).

If I had a wider angle, I'd post it, but here's mine. I'm working on an implementation of the PFC Commander. We'll see how that goes.

Here is mine.

I also changed the gauges too. Now I run Defi D-Link system (Fuel Pressure, Boost, and Water Temp). The computer runs my Microtech, GPS Navigation, DVD, CD-Player, WIFI Internet, and other silly computer applications.

dear red-rx7: you're going to miss a gear and punch that LCD screen right in the mouth.

Naa. If I miss a gear, it won't put my hand in the monitor. If I let go of the shifter and throw my arm into, then that would be odd. Besides, the picture has the factory transmission shown. The dog-box has a lower profile with a short-shifter unit.

Sorry boys, but any steering column gauge or turbo timer looks like complete ***.

Not a fan at all. Ruins the whole look of the dash, especially bulky square turbo timers.

Gene, great shot. Did you edit the photo, or was it really like that? Very nice either way. BTW, what are you using to hold your commander to the dash? I have a PFC holder, but my car's a 94, so it doesn't fit too well...

Rich, I'm sure you've seen my interior before, and $20 says it's too busy for your taste, but I'll put it up a pic of it anyways lol. It's just like Railgun's, minus a diff order.

Jesus... thank God I went with an engine that doesn't require 20 gauges to monitor it's every burp and fart for suspicious behavior...

That said, Red-RX7 wins by a landslide.
