polishing altenator.........please read

I am in the process of polishing my intake manifold, turbos, thermostat housing, and the altenator. My question is how do you take the pulley off the altenator? With the altenator already out of the car can I just have someone take it off with an impact wrench?

If you go to the technical info section of my site and select the service manual section, check out the Mitchell info on for the 93. Iin the Accessories & Electrical section there is a procedure on how to dismantle the alternator (overhaul section).

Dude,

An impact wrench will take it right off, even if it isn't on the car. If you don't have one, take it down to a tire shop or mechanic and buy them a beer!

Have fun!
