Color doesn't (shouldn't) have anything to do with the phrase "rice".

Rice typically has to do with things like a big ass GT wing on a FWD Grand Am... or those electronic BOV's for NA cars.. etc..

Just because someone picks a terrible color scheme doesn't mean it's rice, it's just poor taste...

In Louisiana on disabled plates they also stamp the nature of your disability, according to a co-worker. I'd like to see one that says "Disabled - Blind" Or "Disabled - Rice" or "Disabled - Elephantitis"
