Acturally they are OEM VW euro markers.. I got them because they were smoked out.. I'm wanting to smoke the rear marker lights... do anyone know how I could do that??

Hey, you guys know who the closest tuner around here is? I'm about done with my single swap and I need to get it tuned as soon as I can. I have to get some piping done as well. Let me know if you know a reasonably close place to do it. I'm just outside of Nashville for the next few weeks.

oh ****, this weekend? I'm headed towards my uncle's lake house outside of Knoxville this weekend. I don't think I can get everything done though, I'm still dicking around with heat shields and pulling my boost controller vacuum hose back through the dash to reroute it. My headlight shrouds are hitting the oil cooler fittings when they retract too and I have to figure something out about that to get it taken care of. I also have to get some sort of piping to hold me for the time being. I'm getting my wisdom teeth out first thing in the morning, but I don't know how incapacitated that will make me over the next two days I'll have.

I'm not about to drive up to Columbus. That's out of the way for me and I might as well just hold off and wait until I can get a hold of Dimitrius up in DC on my way back to Delaware.

BTW, Phil- I'm getting my car registered in Tennessee tomorrow so I won't have to deal with Delaware inspection. I guess I'm a little relieved since all my emissions equipment is in boxes in a storage unit and everything's blocked off.

The tow guy wasn't too prepared.. He had 2 short 2x4's. But luckily my car did start and I just drove it up the ramp.. It did hit my lip.. but luckily I have 99 urethane bumper so nothing happened. I would hate to tow it if it had fiberglass front end.. I need to start thinking about other ways to tow it.. Oh.. Everyone should get AAA+.. Definitely worth the money! $0 for upto 100 miles of towing.

I've tried everything.. and today, my conclusion is that my coolant seals are bad.. So, I'm now going to try to put my new engine in.. I was trying to avoid putting it in until this fall (nov).

But I'm really excited about my new engine.. ported and my builder told me that it spec'd out almost like brand new engine (only had 11K on it). I'm upgrading fuel, clutch, flywheel, and other little goodies.. and maybe single by end of nov.

Those 99 spec cars are really nicely done.

Phil- I'm about 20 minutes west of Nashville in Burns. I think we're heading over to my uncle's lake house this weekend. I'm hoping to have my car up and running by tomorrow but I'll have to take it easy like crazy on the throttle because the map that's in there is for non sequential stock twins. If you're interested in meeting up and I can get my car ready to run by then, I'll come out.

I think about 88K.. I'm now running JDM cluster so, I'm not sure about the miles..

And I'm pretty sure it was the original engine..
