Pics of my friends FD

For those that know him, this is WVRx7's car. He came to visit me for the RevItUp event in DC yesterday. We had a blast. Most of you probably don't know me well, but i'm an aspriting FD owner, and I've been coming here for a few years to learn before I buy.

Anyway, onto the pics of his car, my garage has never been happier. Enjoy.

He just got the spoiler from a friend that sold his Silver FD. The guy is kind of famous in the automotive racing world, so I think he's reluctant to paint it because of that.

I dont think his tip sticks far enough out the back, 6 inches more should do it Looks good though, and the plate is just hilarious.

Is that vintage red? In the second pic, it has a candy color to it. I think it looks badass.

The paint is actually Ford Laser Red. The car used to be VR though.

That color looks much better on the 7 than on any Ford though

Thw wheels looks very wide, I though they both mount VERY big size of tires at front and rear.

I don't like the tails, but the rest of the car is pretty nice. Got any specs or better underhood shots?

Surprisingly, I think I like the painted tails. Laser red
is a nice color, I actually used to have a mustang in
that color...

I looked around, but I don't seem to have any better pictures of the engine, sorry guys.

I'll tell you what I do know, he's got a new re-man from Malloy, stock twins, PFS IC, PFC and Commander, Aluminum AST, DP, MP, and catback- he told me the name of the company but I forgot, underdrive pully somewhere on it, AC's been removed, interior removed (that's why the shifter looks like that) 4 point roll bar and camera mount, with 5 point harnesses.

Koni Adjustable shocks in the rear, not sure what he put up front, I do know he just swapped out the 800lb springs in the front for 300lb springs. Car was too stiff for autox.

Wheels are CCW 17x9.5 front and 17x10 rear.

I want to get one painted like that eventually. He had to stop using that one because it was only SA98 I think, and the track events he was going to required an SA2000 helmet.
