Car looks ****!! The rims look great!! So when are you going to leave it with me again so I can "test" out the handling.

I just put some FM-5's on my VR R1, well I don't have the fronts yet but the rears look absolutely amazing.
I'm going with 255/40/17s up front on 17x9" wheels though.

I thought your stock paint was in great shape. What happened? The strong Texas sunlight faded it?
I was thinking of selling my Fikses but after looking at the pics of your car, I think I am going to keep them.
You should post a view of the rear with those 17x10's.

Again, really nice job Rich.p.s. Next on the list for this car should be the matching brake ducts for the 99 spoiler - I got mine from Corksport for $90 and it cleans the look up nicely and is functional as well.

Actually, I haven't really pushed the car much yet with the new setup...don't want to damage my blingalicious rollers
. With the tanabe coilovers the car handled like it was on rails on the stock rims and s02s. I'm planning on running the stockers for roadrace and autox, while running the Fikses on the street.take it easy--

On a serious note, I fixed my problem with excessive coolant temps, so I can run more than 10 psi this time around.

. I found an amazing deal on the FM5s and couldn't really be picky. They look much better on the car then I thought they would, so I'm pretty damn happy with them.

Actually, when I saw the rear pair on ebay, I thought of your car and clicked 'Buy it Now'
I have 265s on the rears b/c that's the widest the s03s come in 17s, so it doesn't look all that wide, but I'm working on getting some digital pics...
